In 2001, in conjunction with Canadian Squash coach Heather Wallace Plyomax became the official plyometric program for the Canadian Junior and Senior Squash. The program went on to help other national and international athlete's get lean, athletic and become the fittest version of themselves.

In 2003 Plyomax Bootcamp became a research program and was designed to help not just athletes, but everyone, regardless of age and fitness level lose fat, lose weight, get toned, stronger, healthier and become the fittest version of themselves.

In 2010 Plyomax Bootcamp was run in one of Canada’s top gyms with hundreds of participants, with all participants losing weight, getting strong and achieving other amazing results. ABOUT US
Plyomax was founded in 1994 by Plyomax Master Coach and Advanced Personal Trainer, Simon Adeseko. Simon has a Science degree in Health Science and Mathematics, certification in Back Rehab and exercise, Athletic training and numerous Advanced personal Training certifications. His Plyomax program was created for international and Pro athletes. In 2003 the program was developed for the general public, with nutritional and rehabilitation aspects added to complement the program. In 2005 Dr. William Staines, professor of neurology and anatomy at the University of Ottawa, became a co-developer and research advisor for Plyomax Bootcamp.

    Dr. William Staines has been a professor of anatomy and physiology at the University of Ottawa since 1986. Educated in Canada and Sweden, he studied neurobiology, a field in which he continues to research. A friend and client of Plyomax founder Simon Adeseko, he is a strong advocate of the Plyomax method.

    Research Achievements - Dr. Staines has over 100 research publications, including 16 with more than 100 citations. As a Plyomax board member, he ensures that the training team always has access to the latest developments in health research, particularly with regards to anatomy, physiology, conditioning, fatigue and muscle recovery.
